Charming 3 bedroom rustic style house with all modern conveniences and outlook onto tea-trees and banksias from every room.

IMPORTANT: Please note that there is no fencing on the property to allow wildlife to roam free. There is no fence between the beach and no fence between the dam on the property, both about 50m from the house. small children, (as well as pets), must be closely supervised at all times, the same as if you were camping in a national park.
