This comfortable three-bedroom home is located in a quiet part of the Second Estate, just a short walk from Beach Number Five. It has an open-plan living area and an ensuite in the main bedroom. There’s a private backyard with plenty of space, as well as a front balcony to enjoy the fresh air. The property is pet-friendly, with a fully fenced yard and a custom-built kennel that can be adjusted to suit small, medium, or large dogs.
There are two undercover BBQs, including a Weber, so you can cook outside in any season.
The house has NBN, WiFi, and Netflix available on a Chromecast-compatible TV.
An outdoor fire pit is available from May to October, with wood and kindling supplied.
For colder weather, the loungeroom has an electric heater with a flame effect to add some cosy atmosphere.
The kitchen includes an Aldi Expressi coffee pod machine and milk frother, with a small number of pods provided to get you started. A First Aid Kit is also on hand.

For dog owners:
The backyard is fully fenced, with a minimum height of around 1.4 metres. There’s a doggy door to the yard (375x635mm) and an adjustable kennel with three internal size options and a door measuring 260x475mm. The house has floating floorboards throughout, which makes cleaning up any accidents easier. If your dog comes inside, please use your own throw or rug to cover the couches.
Dog walking information:
Dogs can be walked on lead between Beaches 1 to 5 (including 2, 3 and 4) from 1 April to 30 November. Between 1 December and 31 March, on-lead walking is only allowed before 9am or after 6pm.

For longer walks you can drive to the end of Doyles Rd and walk your dog off-lead along the Inlet beach.
